Q: How do I become a Hoofbeat Customs artist?

A: Hoofbeat Customs artists are usually recruited. Although sometimes the Admins will accept people who ask, usually you will be asked first. In late 2009, Hoofbeat Customs Admins created a group of anonymous players called HCTSA (Hoofbeat Customs Talent Scout Association). The players are always on the lookout for artists who are up to the same skill level as Hoofbeat Customs artists. If they find an artist that seems like a good match, they alert an Admin. If more than two scouts report the same artist, then the Admins will take a closer look at the player and if they seem like a good addition to the team, an offer will be drafted.

If you are interested in becoming a Hoofbeat Customs artist, the best way to be noticed is to work on your graphic talent. Stand out from the other artists and eventually you'll be recognized.
